The Compilation is a tribute to the trait of grindcore, that is the "microsong".
Several bands have produced songs that are only seconds in length. Napalm Death holds the Guinness World Record for shortest song ever recorded with the one-second "You Suffer" (1987) and Brutal truth were awarded for "shortest music video" (2.18 seconds long) Songs that derive intensity by compressing an idea into a few seconds.
